LAMBDA i10 Navy Device

Navy is the dark neutral in the Lambda i10 range, and the closest thing here to a black device. It has the discretion of black with a little more depth to it, and against a leather-effect texture the colour reads richer than a flat black would.

It’s also the most practical of the five on wear, since dark tones hide the small marks that come from daily pocket carry better than lighter ones do.

The case against buying official

Two arguments, both practical.

Battery first. 3200 mAh, 35 to 40 sessions, against roughly twenty on an IQOS ILUMA i setup. That’s the difference between charging nightly and charging when you remember to.

Heat second. IQOS decides the temperature for you. Here you decide, anywhere from 200 to 300°C, plus session length from 3 to 6 minutes. Drop the heat and a delicate flavour like Yellow keeps its brightness. Raise it and Amber fills out properly.

One caveat worth stating: Lambda is an independent manufacturer, so no Philip Morris warranty applies and there’s no IQOS app support. Retailer cover is what you have. We weigh that properly in Lambda vs IQOS ILUMA.

i8, i9 or i10

Identical internals across all three: 3200 mAh, 200 to 300°C, same TEREA compatibility. The i8 is the cheapest and comes in aluminium, reviewed in our Lambda i8 review. The i9 adds an OLED screen and self-cleaning. The i10 is the newest and the only one with a leather-effect body.

First session and after

Charge to full over USB-C first. A TEREA stick goes into the chamber up to the filter line, no twisting, and heating starts from the controls. Draw once it signals ready.

Temperature and session length are yours to set. Most people start mid-range and adjust by flavour: hotter for body, cooler for clarity.

Compatibility

TEREA in every edition, SENTIA, and any other Smartcore stick with an internal metal element. Because compatibility is mechanical rather than regional, Pearl capsule flavours and imported editions behave identically to local stock.

HEETS are the exception and always will be: no metal element means induction can’t heat them. The blade-based Lambda T3 and CC or the IQOS Originals range handle those. Seventy-five TEREA flavours across five editions, all in stock. Temperature control makes working through them genuinely worthwhile.

If this is your first device: Amber for full-flavour cigarette smokers, Yellow for light smokers, Turquoise for menthol smokers.

The edition changes your price far more than your taste. Kazakhstan sells most here, helped by five Pearl capsule flavours nobody else carries. Keeping it in good shape

Abu Dhabi summers are harder on a 3200 mAh battery than daily use ever will be. Parked cars and dashboards are the two places to avoid.

Otherwise: supplied cable, no using it mid-charge, and no cleaning at all, since induction leaves nothing behind inside the chamber.

The five colours

Frequently asked questions

Navy or brown?

Both are understated. Navy is the darker, more neutral option and hides marks best of the five. Brown reads warmer and more like traditional leather.

Does it perform differently from the other colours?

No. Every Lambda i10 shares the same battery, heating, temperature range and features.

How many sessions per charge?

Between 35 and 40 from the 3200 mAh battery, roughly double what an IQOS ILUMA i delivers between charges.

Does it work with all TEREA sticks?

Yes. Compatibility comes from the induction mechanism rather than the flavour or market, so every edition works, including the Pearl capsule range.

Is it an official IQOS product?

No. Lambda is a third-party manufacturer, so there’s no Philip Morris warranty. Any cover comes from the retailer.

How do I clean the leather finish?

A dry or barely damp cloth. Don’t soak it, keep oils and solvents away, and keep it out of direct sun.

Can it heat HEETS?

No. HEETS have no metal element inside, so induction can’t heat them. The blade-based Lambda T3 and CC handle HEETS instead.
