What we can help with
Choosing a flavour. With 75 TEREA flavours across five editions, the choice is genuinely wide. Tell us what you smoked before and we’ll point you somewhere sensible. As a starting rule: Amber for full-flavour cigarettes, Yellow for lights, Turquoise for menthols.
Choosing an edition. The same flavour costs different amounts depending on which market the pack was made for. We’ll tell you which one suits you rather than which one costs most, and why imported TEREA costs less explains the pricing.
Device compatibility. The single most common question we get, and the one most worth asking before you order. TEREA needs an induction device; HEETS needs a blade device; they are not interchangeable. Our device compatibility guide lists every model, and we’re happy to confirm before you buy.
Order and delivery support. Tracking, timing, address changes before dispatch, and anything that’s gone wrong.
Device troubleshooting. Before contacting us, it’s worth checking a few common causes. A device that won’t heat often just needs charging. An IQOS device behaving oddly is frequently outside its 0 to 40°C operating range, which happens easily in a car here in summer, and cooling it usually fixes it. A new lil SOLID that seems dead ships in sleep mode and wakes with a two-second button hold. If none of those applies, message us with a short video and we’ll take it from there.

For an order issue, have your order number ready.
For a damaged or incorrect item, send clear photos, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Our Refund Policy covers how claims work.
For a device fault, a short video showing the behaviour and any indicator lights tells us more than a description does.
For which flavour should I buy, tell us what you smoke or smoked. That’s usually all we need.
