1. Where we deliver

Terea Abu Dhabi is based on Al Reem Island and delivers across the UAE, seven days a week.

Abu Dhabi: within 1 hour. This is our home city and where we’re fastest. Coverage includes Al Reem Island, Khalifa City, Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Mussafah, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Al Shamkha, Al Raha, the Corniche and the surrounding areas.

Rest of the UAE: same-day. Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain.

Delivery times depend on your location, when the order is confirmed, traffic, and product availability. The 1-hour Abu Dhabi window applies to orders confirmed during our operating hours.

2. Delivery charges

Free delivery on orders above 200 AED. A carton clears that threshold on its own in most editions.

Below 200 AED, a standard delivery charge applies and is shown at checkout before you pay. Any express option, where available, is also priced at checkout. Nothing is added afterwards.

3. Payment

Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver. Pay the driver when your order arrives.

Card payment is also accepted. If you prefer to pay by card at the door rather than online, tell us when you order.

4. Order updates

You’ll receive confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is placed.

Our delivery team will usually contact you before arriving to confirm your location and that you’re available. For Abu Dhabi orders that call often comes within minutes, so it’s worth keeping your phone to hand.

5. Age verification at the door

We deliver nicotine and tobacco products only to customers aged 21 or over.

Our delivery representative may ask for a valid Emirates ID or passport before handing over an order. If age cannot be verified, the order will not be released. ID is checked visually at the door and not retained.

6. Delivery address

Please make sure the address and contact number you enter at checkout are complete and correct.

For security and to prevent fraudulent orders, we deliver only to the address given at the time of purchase. We can’t redirect an order to a different address once it’s out for delivery.

If you’re in a building with restricted access, a tower with a security desk, or a compound, adding a note at checkout with the gate, tower or villa number saves time on both sides.

7. Checking your order on arrival

Please check your order before the driver leaves. Three things are worth a look:

The flavour and edition on each pack. We stock the same flavours across several editions, so Amber exists in UAE, Kazakhstan and Armenian versions at different prices.

The quantity, particularly on carton orders.

That seals are intact.

One thing that is not a fault: imported editions arrive with Kazakh, Russian, Japanese, Indonesian or Armenian text on the pack. That’s how original stock from those markets is printed, and the flavour name stays in Latin script so you can still read it. Only UAE-edition packs carry Arabic and English.

If anything is genuinely wrong, tell the driver and we’ll sort it there and then.

8. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If a problem comes to light after delivery, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos or video. Our Refund Policy sets out how claims are handled.

WhatsApp reaches us fastest for anything time-sensitive.

9. Storage after delivery

Worth knowing once your order arrives, particularly in summer.

Keep packs out of direct sun and away from heat. A carton left in a parked car will dry out faster than anything else you can do to it, and citrus flavours and Pearl capsule sticks lose intensity soonest. An opened pack is best used within a few days, or up to two weeks in an airtight bag.

If your order includes a device, the same applies with more force. Lithium batteries degrade faster in heat than through use, and IQOS devices have a stated operating range of 0 to 40°C, which a parked car here exceeds without difficulty.
