Green is the fresh-green corner of the TEREA range: menthol built on a lightly toasted tobacco base, with a herbal, green edge that separates it from the icy directness of Turquoise or Black Menthol. Where those two go straight for cold, Green goes for freshness.
We stock three versions of it across two editions, and they’re not variations on one intensity. One is an everyday cooling stick, one is its intensified counterpart, and one takes the green idea toward sharp citrus.
What the Green family tastes like
The shared character across all three is menthol over toasted tobacco with a green, herbal quality sitting between them. It isn’t sweet, and there’s no fruit in the classic Green profile, which is what makes it read as clean rather than flavoured.
The aroma is fresher and lighter than a heavy menthol’s, and it clears from a room faster than fruit-menthol or capsule sticks do.
Through a session the tobacco stays more visible than it does in a dedicated menthol. The opening draws lead with cooling, the middle brings the toasted base forward alongside the green herbal note, and the finish is crisp rather than icy, with none of the lingering coldness that Black Menthol leaves behind. Fourteen puffs, 0.5mg nicotine, the same as every TEREA stick.
The three versions we stock
Green from Indonesia is the reference version: cooling menthol with lightly toasted tobacco and a green minty edge, balanced rather than intense. This is the everyday one, and the right starting point if the Green family is new to you. Part of the Indonesian range, which is one of the cheaper editions we carry.
Black Green from Indonesia applies the Black rule that runs through the whole TEREA catalogue: the prefix always marks the intensified version. Here that means stronger, mintier and more assertive, with the tobacco base darker underneath. Reviewers tend to place it as an after-dinner or evening stick rather than an all-day one.
Green Zing from Kazakhstan takes the family in a different direction rather than a stronger one. Citrus comes forward and joins the menthol, making it the sharpest and most sour of the three, with the sweetness dialled down. It’s an everyday stick despite the sharpness, and it’s the one to pick if you find plain menthol a little flat. It sits in the Kazakhstan range alongside fifteen other flavors including all five Pearl capsules.
Which Green should you buy?
Start with Green if you want balanced cooling you can run through a day. Choose Black Green if you already know standard menthols leave you wanting more, and keep it for evenings where its weight suits the moment. Choose Green Zing if sharpness appeals more than intensity, or if citrus is what you actually enjoy in a menthol.
Green Zing also happens to be the cheapest of the three, since the Kazakhstan and Indonesian editions both sit in the budget tier well below official UAE pricing. The reason is tobacco excise in each source market rather than anything in the pack, explained in why imported TEREA costs less.
One thing worth knowing before you order: nothing in the UAE edition or the Armenian range matches the Green profile. If this is your flavor, imported editions are where it lives.
Green against the other cooling flavors
The TEREA cooling family is bigger than most people realise, and the differences are real.
Turquoise is the reference menthol of the whole catalogue: clean, strong, with a citrus edge, and available across three editions. Menthol is the Japanese classic, cooling over a clearer tobacco base. Black Menthol is the coldest pure menthol we sell, dark and bitter with no fruit softening it.
Green sits apart from all of them because of its herbal, green quality. It’s less icy than Black Menthol, less citrus-forward than Turquoise, and the tobacco stays more present than in the Japanese Menthol. If you want cooling with sweetness instead, Purple is the berry-and-menthol direction, and the Pearl capsule range lets the flavor change mid-session.
Every flavor we carry is on the TEREA flavors page, and how the five editions differ is covered in the TEREA edition comparison.
Specs and devices
All three Green sticks carry 0.5mg nicotine and give up to 14 puffs across roughly 6 minutes. Packs hold 20 sticks, cartons 200 across 10 packs, with cartons cheaper per stick.
Green works in any induction device: IQOS ILUMA One, Standard and Prime, the ILUMA i series, and Lambda i8, i9 and i10. Blade devices including the IQOS 3 Duo, Originals models, lil Solid, Lambda T3 and Lambda CC cannot heat TEREA at all. The mechanism is explained in how TEREA sticks work, and every model is listed in the device compatibility guide.
Two practical notes. Menthol sticks leave more aroma in a holder than plain tobacco does, so give the device a few minutes before switching to a light flavor like Yellow or Silver. And Green Zing’s citrus note is the first thing heat degrades, so keep those packs out of a parked car through an Abu Dhabi summer.
Delivery
All three versions are stocked in Abu Dhabi with delivery inside 1 hour across the city, and same-day service to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Cash on delivery available, free delivery above 200 AED.
Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between Green and Black Green?
Intensity. Black Green is the stronger, mintier version with a darker tobacco base underneath. The Black prefix means the same thing everywhere in the TEREA range.
Is Green Zing just a stronger Green?
No, it’s a different direction. Green Zing brings citrus forward and tastes sharper and more sour rather than colder or heavier. If you want stronger, Black Green is the one.
Is Green sweet?
No. The classic Green profile has no fruit sweetness in it, which is what keeps it clean. Purple or the Wave flavors are where sweetness lives.
Can I get Green in the UAE edition?
No. The Green family exists in the Indonesian and Kazakhstan ranges only. Turquoise is the closest cooling option in the UAE lineup.
Which is stronger, Black Green or Black Menthol?
Black Menthol goes colder and darker, with no green herbal character at all. Black Green keeps more tobacco presence and reads as minty rather than icy.
Do these have more nicotine than tobacco flavors?
No. Every TEREA stick carries 0.5mg regardless of flavor. Cooling changes how intense a stick feels, not how much nicotine it delivers.
