One thing we’ll say upfront rather than bury: we’re based in Abu Dhabi, on Al Reem Island. Dubai gets same-day delivery rather than the one-hour service our home city gets. If you need sticks in the next sixty minutes, a Dubai-based seller will beat us on speed.

What we offer instead is range, and in Dubai that matters more than it sounds.

Why Dubai customers order from Abu Dhabi

Dubai has more TEREA sellers than anywhere else in the UAE, and an official IQOS boutique at Dubai Mall. So the question is fair: why order from a store an hour and a half down the E11?

Because almost nobody in Dubai carries five editions.

The official boutique sells the UAE edition only. Most independent Dubai sellers carry two or three, usually Kazakhstan and Indonesia, sometimes Japan. We stock all five, which means a handful of things you cannot buy in Dubai at any price:

• The five Pearl capsule flavours in the Kazakhstan range, which the UAE edition doesn’t carry at all.
• The seven clove Editions in the Indonesia range, built on the kretek tradition and available in no other market’s TEREA lineup.
• Japan’s seven-step Regular line, graded from Smooth through to Rich, plus Japan-only flavours like Ruby Regular and the Black menthol series.
• The Armenia range, which almost no UAE seller stocks and which carries the six best-selling flavours at the lowest prices we offer.

If your flavour is Amber or Turquoise and you want it today, buy locally. If you want something the shop down the road has never heard of, that’s what we’re for.

Where we deliver in Dubai

Same-day across the whole emirate, including Dubai Marina, JLT, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, DIFC, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, Mirdif, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Sports City, Al Quoz, Discovery Gardens and International City.

Timing depends on when the order is confirmed and on traffic between the emirates, which is the honest variable. Orders placed early in the day arrive earlier. If you’re in a tower with a security desk or a gated community, adding the tower and unit number at checkout saves the driver a phone call.

Cash on delivery works everywhere in Dubai, card payment is available, and orders above 200 AED ship free.

On price, and why it varies so much in Dubai

Walk between three Dubai sellers and you’ll see the same flavour at three prices, which understandably makes people suspicious of the cheaper ones.

The explanation is tax rather than quality. TEREA is priced for the market it was manufactured for, and the UAE applies 100% excise plus VAT on tobacco while Kazakhstan and Armenia tax considerably less. The same Philip Morris stick, built on the same Smartcore element in the same factory system, retails lower at its source, and that gap carries through when the stock is imported.

Nothing inside the pack differs. We’ve set the whole thing out in why imported TEREA costs less, because a price difference nobody explains looks like a reason to worry.

Imported packs, and what genuine ones look like

Imported editions arrive with Kazakh, Russian, Japanese, Indonesian or Armenian text on the pack, because that’s how original stock from those markets is printed. Only the UAE edition carries Arabic and English. Unfamiliar language is expected rather than a warning sign.

New to TEREA in Dubai?

Three flavours cover most people switching from cigarettes. Amber if you smoked full-flavour, Yellow if you smoked lights, Turquoise if you smoked menthol.

You’ll need an induction device for any of them. TEREA won’t heat in an IQOS 3 Duo or any older blade model, which is the single most common mistake people make when buying their first sticks. Storing sticks in Dubai summer

Worth a line, because it’s the most common reason a flavour tastes weaker than it should.

Heat degrades TEREA faster than time does, and a pack left in a parked car through a Dubai August will lose its character within days. Citrus flavours flatten first, and Pearl capsules dull noticeably because the capsule is a liquid bead. Keep packs sealed, indoors, and out of direct sun. An opened pack is best used within a few days, or up to two weeks in an airtight bag.

The same applies to devices. IQOS hardware has a stated operating range of 0 to 40°C, which a parked car here exceeds without difficulty, and heat shortens a lithium battery faster than heavy use does.

Yes. They’re manufactured by Philip Morris for their origin market and imported factory-sealed. Foreign-language packaging is what genuine imported stock looks like. A counterfeit is something else entirely: made by someone other than PMI and only imitating the pack.

Which flavours can’t I get in Dubai otherwise?

The five Kazakhstan Pearl capsules, the seven Indonesian clove Editions, Japan’s graded Regular line and its Black menthol series, and most of the Armenia range.
