Green is the natural-toned finish in the Lambda i10 range. Muted rather than vivid, it works particularly well against the leather-effect texture, giving the device an organic look that the brighter colours in the range don’t have.

It sits between the understated end and the bold end: more colour than brown or navy, considerably less presence than orange.

Why people choose Lambda over official hardware

It comes down to battery and control.

The 3200 mAh cell gives 35 to 40 sessions between charges, where an IQOS ILUMA i holder and charger manage around twenty. If running out mid-day irritates you, that gap is the reason to be here.

Then there’s heat. Official devices run a single fixed profile whatever stick you put in. This one moves between 200 and 300°C, and the flavour follows: cooler for a cleaner draw that keeps delicate aromas like Silver intact, hotter for the density that makes Amber and Sienna worth buying.

What the leather body changes

Not the performance. The i10 runs the same 3200 mAh cell and 200 to 300°C range as the i8 and i9. What changes is feel: a leather-effect surface grips better than brushed metal and doesn’t turn cold or hot to the touch after sitting in a car or an air-conditioned room. At 80 grams it’s also the lightest of the three.

Getting started

Give it a full charge over USB-C before you use it. Then slide a TEREA stick into the chamber as far as the filter line, without twisting it, and start the heating cycle. Wait for the ready signal before your first draw.

On temperature, the middle of the range is the sensible starting point. From there, go up if a flavour tastes thin and down if it tastes harsh or you want more aroma coming through.

Sticks it works with

Any TEREA edition we stock, plus SENTIA and other Smartcore sticks. Compatibility depends on the metal element inside the stick rather than the flavour or the market it was made for, so the Pearl capsule range works exactly like everything else.

HEETS won’t heat in it at all. There’s no metal element in a HEETS stick, so induction has nothing to act on. For HEETS you need the blade-based Lambda T3 or CC, or the IQOS Originals range. What to smoke in it

The thing that kills these batteries is heat, not use. A 3200 mAh cell left on a dashboard through an Abu Dhabi summer will lose capacity far faster than one kept in a bag or a drawer.

Stick to the supplied USB-C cable, don’t run sessions while it’s plugged in, and that’s the whole routine. Nothing inside touches tobacco, so there’s no residue and no cleaning.

Does it work with all TEREA sticks?

Yes. Compatibility comes from the induction mechanism rather than the flavour or market, so every edition works, including the Pearl capsule range.

Is it an official IQOS product?

No. Lambda is a third-party manufacturer, so there’s no Philip Morris warranty. Any cover comes from the retailer.

How do I clean the leather finish?

A dry or barely damp cloth. Don’t soak it, keep oils and solvents away, and keep it out of direct sun.

Can it heat HEETS?

No. HEETS have no metal element inside, so induction can’t heat them. The blade-based Lambda T3 and CC handle HEETS instead.
