Summer Breeze is the only stick in our entire catalogue that you can’t buy in any other edition. Kazakhstan doesn’t have it. Japan, Indonesia and Armenia don’t have it. It exists in the official UAE range, and if the flavor suits you, the price comparison that runs through every other product on this site simply doesn’t apply.

Philip Morris describes it as a balanced tobacco blend with crisp menthol, bold apricot notes and floral nuances. In practice it’s the most fragrant flavor in the UAE lineup and the one built for exactly the climate it’s sold in.

About the flavor

The hierarchy is unusual for a menthol-family stick: apricot leads, floral notes sit alongside it, and the menthol comes third as a finishing crispness rather than the headline. Underneath all of it is a balanced tobacco base that keeps the fruit from floating off on its own.

The apricot is the part worth dwelling on, because most fruit-menthol sticks reach for berry or citrus. Apricot is softer and rounder than either, sweet without being sharp, and it’s what gives Summer Breeze its particular character. Some tasters read it as peach, which is close enough that the two descriptions coexist everywhere online. Either way, it’s stone fruit rather than orchard or berry.

The floral element is what separates this from an ordinary fruit stick. It’s delicate rather than perfumed, and it shows most clearly in the aroma, which is the freshest and most noticeable in the UAE range. This is not a discreet stick.

Across a session the fruit is brightest in the opening draws, with the menthol arriving just behind it. The middle stretch is the most balanced part, where the floral notes become properly visible between the apricot and the cooling. The final third leans cooler as the menthol takes over and the sweetness recedes, finishing crisp and clean without any syrupy residue. Fourteen puffs at 0.5mg nicotine, light in body throughout.

The UAE range’s two aromatic flavors

The official UAE lineup is built mostly around classic tobacco profiles and straight cooling. Only two flavors go in an aromatic direction, and Summer Breeze is one of them.

The other is Purple Wave, which takes berry and menthol at low cooling, sweeter and darker than this. Summer Breeze is the lighter and fresher of the pair, with stone fruit instead of berry and a more pronounced floral layer.

If you want cooling without any fruit at all, Turquoise is the strong menthol in this range and Blue is the mint-forward option. If you want the premium aromatic tier instead, the Dimensions trio is where this edition puts its most complex blends, and Dimensions Yugen shares the fruit-and-floral direction at a different intensity. Why this one has no cheaper alternative

Everywhere else in our store, the same flavor usually exists in a lower-priced edition. Amber, Turquoise, Sienna and Silver all do. Summer Breeze doesn’t, and it’s worth understanding why.

Philip Morris builds a different flavor lineup for each market, tuned to local taste and climate. Summer Breeze belongs to the UAE release, which is why our Kazakhstan, Japan, Indonesia and Armenia ranges have no equivalent, and why nobody can offer you an imported version of it at a lower price.

The nearest profiles elsewhere are Kazakhstan’s Summer Wave, which is tropical rather than stone fruit, and Indonesia’s Bright Wave, which goes citrus. Neither is a replacement. Made for this climate

The name isn’t marketing filler. Light body, crisp cooling and a fruit note that doesn’t turn heavy make Summer Breeze one of the few sticks that still works properly in Abu Dhabi’s summer, when heavier tobacco flavors start feeling like effort.

It’s also a natural first stick of the day and a good choice for outdoor sessions, where the aroma has somewhere to go. In the pack

20 sticks per pack, 200 per carton across 10 packs, with cartons priced lower per stick. Packs are factory-sealed and printed in Arabic and English with UAE health warnings, since this is the official local release rather than an import.

Keep fruit-forward flavors out of the heat. Apricot and floral notes flatten faster than plain tobacco does, and a pack left in a parked car through an Abu Dhabi afternoon will lose exactly the thing you bought it for.

Using it

Insert the stick printed-end up without twisting. Current ILUMA models begin heating on their own; older ones need the button held until the first vibration, with a second vibration to signal ready. Up to 14 puffs across roughly 6 minutes, and the used stick comes out whole for general waste since nothing burns. Draw gently with this one. The floral layer is the first thing lost to a hard pull, and without it Summer Breeze reads as a fairly ordinary fruit menthol.

Frequently asked questions

Is it apricot or peach?

Philip Morris lists it as apricot, and that’s the official description. A lot of people taste it as peach, which is understandable since both are stone fruits with a similar softness. Either way, it’s rounder and less sharp than a berry or citrus flavor.

How strong is the menthol?

Crisp rather than cold. The cooling is there to finish the flavor rather than lead it, so Summer Breeze is much gentler than Turquoise and nowhere near a dedicated strong menthol.

Can I get Summer Breeze in a cheaper imported edition?

No. It’s part of the UAE lineup only, so there’s no imported version of it anywhere. Kazakhstan’s Summer Wave and Indonesia’s Bright Wave are the closest alternatives, but both take the fruit in a different direction.

Summer Breeze or Purple Wave?

Summer Breeze is lighter, with stone fruit and floral notes. Purple Wave is sweeter and darker, built on berry. Both sit at low cooling, so the choice is about which fruit you prefer.

Is it too sweet for everyday use?

Most people don’t find it so. The tobacco base and the menthol finish keep the sweetness in check, and its light body makes it easier to return to through a day than a heavier aromatic stick would be.
